HELP !!! Product premulations not working

Hope someone can help, ive got a site that goes live at midnight tomorrow, and I cant seem to get the premulations to work on certain products. I have put a link to 1 of the pages and in a minute I will attach a copy of the settings.

The idea is to pick from a size range and the price will automatically be selected from the choices I placed in the premulation rules.

Why would you ask them to type the size they want, put all the options in a drop down box and make it easy.

I had that Idea, but there are over 29 sizes, but the price range is for example 8 - 12 12.5 - 3 etc .

I would still do it, at worst I would have 2 products, one for each of the size ranges and I have no need for permutations then. Asking for input like this is not a good idea IMO, fraught with problems i'd say. Choices can be copy pasted remember too.
