V8.5.3 Import problem

Hi,

I'm exporting a site from Designer to Business for the company to run themselves. Both are running in 8.5.3, with mine on Vista and theirs on XP. They are currently running an old snapshot on Business, and when the new snapshot is imported some of the brochure pages are not updated. There are no errors or other indications that the import process has not functioned correctly - has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so do you have any pointers?

Are you clicking 'all content' on the 4th screen on the snapshot import process?

Yes... additionally, I had this same problem before when importing a snapshot from the client.

Hi Chris,

I think this would need further investigation by our support team but:

1) Is your client on the exact same version that you are?
2) Are you using Dreamweaver to create the design?
3) Is your site name different to the one they are importing it into?
