in your design tab, click on a product name
you'll see <a name="EncodedProductAnchor">ProductName</a> (or a variation of)

move the </a> to BEFORE the ProductName variable

job done!

(make sure you do it on all the product layouts you're using. Just in case you're using more than one)

It's because the Product Anchor is around the short description. Try adding a class name to the anchor and set the style to text-decoration:none;
