    HELP!!!! Netquotevar:norcatxy

    I get this in my Item Descrption at checkout. Does anybody know what it means and/or how I can get rid of it????

    Has a Norman kind of name, any addons from drillpine being used?

      That certainly looks like someone's added my NorMatrix add-on ( see www.drillpine.biz/actinicstuff ) to your site and has then broken it.

      And, as mentioned earlier, without you posting an URL - how are we able to see what's wrong?

        Hi Jen,

        As mentioned it looks like this variable relates to one of Drillpine's plug-ins. If you are sure that you are not using one of them then all I can suggest is that you revert your layouts back to factory settings to remove any code that is using them. I'm not sure which layouts are affected by the plug-in causing the problem, but your overall layout would be a good place to start. Try comparing it with the original (Design | Library | Layouts | right-click on the relevant layout).

                I suppose it's her right to complain about her own intemperate post. Just as it's mine to add her to the ignore list (which I've just done).

                    I figured it out, this site was originally created by someone else, I am just finishing it. I copied the templates in from one of my other sites and it straightened it all out.
