Vat Inclusive Pricing

Hi,

Can someone please help me locate the guide that was issued around the time that V9 was released that gave a step by the process for downloading current (VAT exclusive) prices into a spreadsheet, modifying them and re-uploading them to be VAT inclusive pricing ?

I know that I saw it somewhere but I can't find it using the search facility here.

Jan has a "profit and pricing tool" that lets you download products into excel and then reload which could help you out
