    Order Shipped but Not Shipped

    We have an order with four order lines.

    Tick three lines as shipped.

    The forth has sold out. We cancel this line.

    Customer chooses an alternative.

    It's added with "Add Item".

    We tick the alternative as shipped.

    We make the correction within the Payments Tab.

    Now the order is 100% shipped but there are no "Blue Ticks" against the products and nothing under "Date Shipped".

    Try to print the order but "This order has not been shipped" appears.

    As far as I can see, there is nothing further I can do to the order to make it more shipped than it already is.

    The printed invoice states Qty Shipped correctly.

    The order sticks in pending.

    Any ideas folks?

    The only way I have managed to sort this out in the past is to add an entry using Access to the date shipped field.
    If you have a copy of Access then it is fairly easy to see what should be in each field from previous succesful orders.
    Take a backup first of course.

        I've never worked out what causes Actinic to mess up like this. We rarely change any orders but every now and again it hapens.
        Maybe the new version will fix it when it comes out

          I had a similar problem recently (V7 site) with a cancelled item on back order I couldn't move out of pending after searching the forum / knowledge base without any luck I discovered that by reprinting the invoice again it moved out of pending even though it showed as invoice printed.
          It may therefore be worth reptinting the invoice, unlikely to work but worth trying if you don't get any better suggestions

            I've come across this also, often on MOTO orders. I've found that if you export the order, it clears it to completed orders. It doesn't solve why it happened, but you end up with the order in the correct place!

              That may have been the solution that fixed mine rather then reprinting the invoice idea (It was couple months ago)

                  This is a known problem and is fixed in v9.0.3. Exporting the orders is the way to move it into completed if you can't edit the database.

                        Well, I upgraded to 9.03 having NEVER had this issue, and now I have it on EVERY order, and have to re-export every time. Any suggestions, getting pretty frustrated with 9.03 and EPOS for that matter!

                          It seems to be sorted on 9-0-4, we have not had it since we upgraded.

                            After 9.0.4 launched, I went through our old orders which we had to highlight in green to identify it as a completed order, and unticked the Shipped button. Click Apply+OK. Re-opened the order, clicked Ship and then OK - right enough, 9.0.4 hasn't produced any issues with orders not marking as complete/shipped, and it also allows orders processed in previous versions to be fixed.

                              Thanks for the feedback, support said the same thing, only just getting over the 9.03 upgrade earlier this week, so will go for 9.04 after a few beers,
