Hello,

Is there an Account sign up page that customers can fill in and create their own account or do we have to create them one from within Actinic each time?

The reason I ask is I would like a customer to sign up for an account on the website and then they can immediately receive a 5% discount on their current order before checking out?

Is this possible?

No, accounts have to be created offline and uploaded.

You can create an account from a existing customer; so you could have a no price product called account sign up to capture the details.
