    Home Page Title

I have a problem where the title of my home page is not displaying in the top bar? www.pagesdiy.com

In the page title for the page settings of my home page I have it set as follows: Online DIY, Tools, Locks, Fixings from PagesDIY.com - Delivered Direct to Your Door

I can't understand why this is not displaying in the page title though. All other pages in my site display the page titles correctly except for the home page?

Have you added the page title reversing code from the AUG by any chance as it looks like you have?

Not that I know of but maybe unintentionally. What is the AUG and if I have added the reversing code how do I remove it?

      Thanks, Chris

        Chris,

The AUG is Advanced User Guide, if you haven't heard of it I suspect you haven't reversed any code yourself.

I suspect that you are using a different layout on your home page then you are through out the rest of your site. Many users do.

From what I can see you do not have a
        HTML Code:
        <title></title>
        in the home page layout.

Could you check the layout in the design tab for me?

Well thats not the reason if you dont even know what the AUG is. It looks like you have managed to remove the title variable from the brochure pages. Just copy it from the layout you are using for the other pages or revert the layout to factory settings in the libary

From what I can see in the layout code the title bit:
<title><actinic:variable name="PageTitle" /></title> is missing. I assume I can just copy and paste into the layout code for the home page to correct the problem?
