Setting WorldPay as payment default

During the check out phase, my customers are given two payment options, "WorldPay" and "Card Details Sent Seperately".
Currently "Card Details Sent Seperately" is the default option.
How do I change this to show WorldPay as the default payment method?

Secondly, is there any way that the "WorldPay" text as it appears could be changed to something like "WorldPay credit/debit card processing" to make is more obvious to users who WorldPay are?

Business Settings - Payment & Security - click on Credit Card details sent sepArately - use the down arrow to move it down one position.

Change the wording by typing in the Website Description box and change the text in Design - Text - Website (Cont) - Payment Details also if you want to.
