random image issue - help

Been working on a site this afternoon & just gone to upload it & it won't allow me to because of a "filename conflict".

Weird thing is that it's gives the names & paths of these files & I can't find them on the PC in my normal images folder. Tried searching, combing through etc.

I know this is a bit of a random query but I hope I'm just having a blonde moment & someone knows what I'm doing wrong.
