Dual currency problem using options

Hi all, me again!

I've noticed that on items that have options that require different prices 9pack size for instance) the program doesn't show the secondary currency. I have the options showing in drop down lists, and a table of prices underneath.

Is there a way to show the different prices in both currencies?
