Duplicate products in v903 upload

Upgraded site to v903.
Now, each time I upload or do a snapshot I get the following message for each duplicate product.

A page named 'C:\Documents and Settings\Brian\My Documents\Actinic v9\Sites\Site1\SiteHTML\AU61181MI_alt_popup.html'
has already been generated for the extended info page '1!AU61181MI'. The same page name is used for the
extended info page 'AU61181MI' and therefore the previously created page will be overwritten.

Do you wish to continue the upload?

This slows down the upload/snapshot and also means I can't do an unattended upload/snapshot as I have to click yes for each duplicate or the upload freezes.

I had this on one of the occasions I upgraded testing the beta.
I reimported the snapshot again, however, and it seemed ok.
It could be a problem with the upgrade process, perhaps.
What are you upgrading from?

I had a similar problem in the beta with images, but neither Tracey or Actinic support could replicate with my snapshot. Re-import it and it may well be okay.

Tried re-importing and did a compact and repair but the problem is still there. Luckily I don't have too many duplicate products!

Got the solution from Support. Applied it and uploaded without problem.

Here it is in case anyone else has the same problem

Please go to ‘Settings | Duplicates Field Configuration’ and remove all of the ticks for the ‘Extended Info’ pages from the ‘Modifiable In Duplicate’ column.

If these options are ticked, the software will expect you to give different parameters for the duplicate product.

Ive found that these can be reset to the default ie unchecked even in V8 and reported it as a bug in beta testing for V8!
