I've been using the above version for several months and am finding some of the bugs very difficult to work around. I've heard that 9.0.3 is due to be re-released, but have the following bugs been identified and fixed in it?
1. New Offline Order Entry Form
This new feature has so many bugs its is unuseable.
A. If shipping rules allow an order to be shipped more than one way, only the most expensive option is listed on this form.
B. Occasionally a manual order input will go straight into the completed section. Even though nothing is shown as shipped and nothing is shown as paid.
C. When an item is placed in the shopping cart that has a size option, the wrong size option goes into the order. you can select a size medium, but a large goes into the saved order. This problem is a nightmare, and doesnt happen for every order.
D. When the previous problem doesnt happen but you have more than one item with a size option that appears to go into the cart correctly, but when you print it out, or go back into the order later, all the sizes have been jumbled up and you cant tell which size is for which order line.
2. Completed Orders
Sometimes when orders are completed they are self deleting (IE appearing in the completed list with a cross through them, showing as deleted.)
3. Search function
Where do I start with this... it just doesnt find things that it should. You can search for the first cusotmer and find it then search for a second and it just doesnt work. I used the V8 search funtion for a long time and it worked well, but this one simply fails to find over 50% of the things it should be finding.
4. % shipped
We get orders that are really quite simple but they say things like 120% shipped and there is only 1 item and its shipped. These orders get stuck in the pending section and wont move.
