Fragment layouts

Is it possible on the home page of a site in v9 to have just one fragment on the first row and then 3 fragments on all subsequent rows?

Yes it is, you need to adjust the fragment column count on the brochure page and then make sure the fragment list layout is adjusted to accept the change (top, middle and bottom settings being the key ones to work on). It is well worth getting to know list layouts inside out, they present you with many opportunities to do things you probably didn't think possible with actinic.
