Show Shopping Cart Prices inclusive of VAT

Sorry to ask, I know the answer is here but I cant find it. I have already done it but I have updated my version of actinic and cannot for the life of me remember how I did it.

Have tried searching but am coming up blank?

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

Business Settings -> Tax -> Product Prices entered -> Inclusive of Tax
