Best Sellers and Also Bought on 2 PCs

Hi,
We have a PC for design and a PC for ordering. When I make design or product changes I have to take a snapshot on the design PC and then import that snapshot to the ordering PC to replicate the changes.
I'm now wanting to use the Best Sellers and Also Bought features on the design PC but it doesn't have any orders to generate the BS and AB products from.
How do I do this simply? (I can't seem to import just the orders from the ordering PC)
And how can I share the database (safely - so the design machine can't stuff up the ordering PC)? as each time I import to the Ordering PC I have to change several of the settings to make it function as an ordering PC again e.g. the payment type does not work correctly.

You can't share the database unless you upgrade to Multiuser. You should be able to import orders from the order machine to the content machine though, what happens when you try to do this?

this isn't strictly necessary the download pc doesn't need to have up to date products on it.

assuming the pc with the orders is the full order history, take actiniccatalog.mdb from the order PC, copy it to somewhere safe outside site1 on design pc, then use the import order feature to bring orders in fro said saved mdb.

now you can upload from the design pc and generate best sellers and also boughts

take backups first...
