Internal Server Error at Login

Hi, I know I've posted a lot of threads recently - its been one of those weeks.
I appriciate the support

Heres another one.
At the store just-soaps.com, a test customer account has been setup. When I try and login, I get a 500 error. I'm guessing it has something to do with the script bb000001.pl missing from the cgi-bin. Any reason for this?

Note:I read a thread saying it could be a misconfigured SSL. The Actinic SSL has been running fine for a couple of years.

Do a compact database and a website refresh (not update) and see if that fixes it and puts it back there.

I've never done a Compact Database before. Do I need to check 'catalog' and/or 'shipping'?

compact catalog - although it wont do any harm if you compact both
