Error 500 at Checkout

Our site has been working fine until this afternoon.

When you try to checkout the message

"error 500 document /cgi-bin/os00001.pi" appears.

This usually happens when there are more than 2 items in the cart although sometimes it works perfectly


Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a solution?

It only seems to give that error if you select Checkout once you've been bounced back to the product page after an Add to Cart.

Navigating through the checkout from else where on the site, seems to be fine.

Try a Help | Troubleshooting | Purge and Refresh that might clear it up.

I had also noticed that your Add to Cart button isn't displaying properly in FF3. Also a notice a "Copy_Of" in your page titles, which is not good.

As Richard mentions, Checkout from elsewhere on the site works fine, I could go right upto the Protx page.
If the Purge and Refresh does not help resolve the matter, please email me your network settings, and we will take it from there.

Had a look at the site this morning and the checkout seems to be working fine now. I tried all 3 checkout links, the 2 in the top Navigation bar and on the View Cart page as well. Is this sorted now then?
