Go into the ftp settings and put large retry numbers in on the ftp settings, i usually have something like 15k, 25k, enabled, 100, 15k as my settings and have never had one fail overnight, i used to have one that took 7 hours to refresh, that was a go to bed one for sure.

    Images are fine now yes.

Richard i can offer you a test space if you want, i know the feature is working on my servers, i also remember in the alpha release there were some problems depending on perl versions and zip versions (something like that) but thought all this had been resolved.

Lee: thanks for that. I'll try that later. It least might help with one aspect of uploading.

Darren: That would be very much appreciated if you don't mind.

That sort of thing yes, the settings i provided are those i use on the top 5 settings on that screenshot. You've only changed a couple by the looks of it.

Hi Guys, I have been discussing the enhanced upload feature with my hosting company and they have requested that I send them ActEncrypt1024 module . Any idea where I can download this or failing that is there a procedure to request a copy?

                      Thanks in advance

I don't think you can donwload from a website, you should contact Actinic Support and request it.
EDIT: Incorrect Info, See Post 31 for link.

I don't think it is required for the compressed Upload feature.

                          ActEncrypt1024
The binary version of the functions used for order blob encryption. It makes the order recording (last checkout phase) quicker. This module has to be obtained from Actinic and then complied and installed.
