Editing Packing List Layout

Hello everyone,

I was looking to rename the packing list to Despatch Note and remove some customer details from it (e.g. email address, payment method etc.) Also, I would like to include some additional info:

Received on behalf of <Invoice Payer> the goods detailed on despatch note for order <Order no.>


Signature ................................... Name ..........................................

Date .................................. Time .........................

Any ideas how do I edit the layout?
