How to add a General User Definable to checkout page

    Hello,

I am trying to enter a new General User Definable in my checkout page.
I currently have 2 that were already on the page that i just changed the text. Each question has a field for the customer to type in there answer.

The 2 i currently have are 2 questions as in>
How did you find out site?
    and
What are your comments about the site?
I would like to add a 3rd question

I says in the (Design/text menus there are 3 General User Definable, but i only seem to see 2 on the checkout page.
I have clicked on the selection to show and even to the required field but it still dose not show up on my Checkout page.
Am i doing something wrong or do i need to set something up first to show on the 3rd one on the page.

    Can anyone help please?
    Many thanks
    SImon

I'm not sure what to suggest then. If I go in there check the 3rd box and click Apply it appears at checkout.

Is it showing in Actinic Preview?

Open the Checkout page in Design View and click on one of the User Definable Questions.

Navigate to the parent layout (White Up Arrow on Yellow bg). You may have to press this twice and it should show you 3 pink layouts:

            General User Definable 1
            General User Definable 2
            General User Definable 3

            Can you confirm?

Then I'm out of ideas I'm afraid. I can't see any reason why it's not working for you, sorry.

I seem to have stumbled on it.
I closed my actinic down then opened it back up again, and ow what a surprise it just appeared.

So it seems if you change the details in this section you have to close and reopen Actinic for the changes to take affect.

                    Problem solved it seems.
                    Thanks again for your help.
