Customer group tab

Hi,
I am using v.9 and wish to create a customer group which according to the book should be under Marketing / customer groups but it is not there, am I missing something here?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Are you using the 'Business' version?

No the v9.0 catalog with design facility.

That's your answer then, you can't with Catalog.
