image location - odd path please help!

    Hi

I have created a website for my client. I have worked on teh design and passed back to them to add the products before sending me a snapshot so that I can do teh final bug fixes. We have be sharing snapshots for weeks with very little problems.

the last snapshot they created all teh new image paths were like this

    C:\Documents and Settings\client name\My Documents\Actinic v9\Sites\Site2\images\Web banner\bad-lulu_banner220.png

When they plulish to the website all is fine, but when I publish the images are missing.

When I import the snapshot and look at my actinc v9 folder for this shop I dont see any of their images.

Previously all their links to images have been relative like
    images\Web banner\bad-lulu_banner220.png

These get passed to me in the snapshot. I cant tell if this is something that I have done wrong, they have done wrong or actinic has done wrong.

They are adding the images paths by clicking on browse and navigating to the image in their actinic folder.

If it helps - this is a link to their website as published by them complete with images, http://www.bwebsite.co.uk/acatalog/OFFICE_PARTY.html when I publish no images...

    Any ideas?

      Site2
This is not right - I suspect they have two sites and are cross referencing the images between the two

Unless they licensed a 2nd site and gave it a rather descriptive name lol.

why is it not right? Does it need to be in the site1 folder? they claim not to have one?? If they have deleted this then what dio they need to do to recreate?
