Alternative Uploading

I know the issue of uploading speeds has been addressed several times, but i just want to clarify something regarding V9.0.3.

We are a bit concerned about our high usage of bandwidth and also the rather lengthy uploading.

Is there a way limiting the upload, only to apply to recent changes and avoid Actinic running through the complete upload procedure, when only minor changes has been made to the catalogue?

i see, so there isn't any way of speeding up the way it works currently?

Most of us are seeing lightening speeds and the single page upload facility is very quick if you use it. How much quicker do you need?
