    Bug or misconfiguration?

    Ok,

I have just noticed that after I log-in and try to add a product to cart which has a min. ordering limit, the website throws this error:

    Content-type: text/html 'Path\cgi-bin\ca000001.pl' script produced no output

Any ideas why is it doing this?

    P.S. Uploaded/Refreshed etc. etc.

    U: test
    P: test

    URL: http://www.vistastore.co.uk/products...s_Regular.html

Min. order value for that product is 5. So when not logged in - msg is displayed just fine, but the problem persists once logged in...

Do a search for "script produced no output" there are lots of threads about this.

I did, and found 0 results for the problem I experience. All the results are for V7 and earlier, also their issues are different.

My problem is not adding product to the cart, but adding product to the cart when logged in and where the product has minimum order quantity set.

        Hi,

It certainly works ok for me on a default site. Have you customised any scripts? You could try refreshing the site in test mode to see you get the same problem, then try a purge and refresh to reset all the scripts back to the defaults to see if that works. If it does then there may be a problem with a script you may have customised. If you haven't customised any scripts then you could just purge and refresh over the live site.

          Thanks Tracey,

I did modified some scripts to achieve Logo in emails and different Order # (less digits and different prefix)

Do you think these mods could be the reason for my problem?

Those mods don't sound like they'd stop the minimum order quantity from working when logged in but try uploading in test mode with default scripts (take backups of your current ones) and see if that works. If it does try adding in your modifications one by one and it might show which one (if any) is causing the problem.

Sounds like a server issue. It looks like a windows server but can you tell me what version of IIS it is using please?
