Orders in PSP Pending tab

Hi all,

I have just come across a weird and very annoying problem with all of the orders in the PSP Pending tab disappearing.

Normally I keep them in there and mark any which are payments which haven't cleared,normally Paypal eCheques, completing and printing them when the payment has cleared. But just now I swithed into the PSP pending tab and they have all gone! I haven't purged the orders or compacted the database recently so I don't understand how that would have happend! None of them were over 30 days old so they won't have been auto-deleted.

I really don't understand why this has happened, is there any way I can retreive these orders from the database?

Any help/advice will be much appreciated.

Try restarting Actinic

that was the first thing I did, as I know there are little quirks to Actinic that can be rectified with a simple restart, but unfortunately this didn't help

I have also taken a database back up and comapcted the database, restarted and still nothing.

Not really sure what else to try though...

Restore to a previous snapshot - and print off the pending orders then update orders database or revert to the original snapshot and add the pending orders back

Or,

It might be worth seeing where the orders have gone. They're unlikely to have disappeared completely and might be in the pending or completed tabs. If you can find them then take a look and see if you can figure out what happened to them to cause them to move.
