Customer account problem

Hi Guys

we have a new problem in that when a customer logs into their account, all of the extended info pages do not work, the url resolves to the cgibin instead of where it should be in the acatalog folder

ie the link is to tshirtsville.com/cgi-bin/pagename.html instead of just /pagename.html

I do have one of Normas mods in place regarding the extended info pop ups, its the one that alters the links so that they are search engine friendly, this works fine when you are not logged in, perhaps this is the problem?

ive only just noticed this, how long its been a problem i dont know but all our members just see 404's when they try to see teh extended info

hmmmm......

thanks for sending the information Barry, not sure why this is happening though, have you made any changes to the extendeded information layouts?if you know what layout you are using can you goto Design | Library | layouts, locate the layout and do a "Compare to factory version" to see if any changes have been made. If there are would it be possible to 'Revert to factory settings" and then do a uplaod/refresh.

Please make sure you have backups if you are going to try the revert.
