Adding Personalised Information

Hi,

As part of the ordering process I need to let customers enter the specific 'Name' they require and for it to be attached to the order - (as everything is made to order) - is this possible?

Thank you - Thats what i'm after and I have the prompt showing and working some of the time - but not alway on some products - I think I need to understand the below statement as this is why it doesnt always display, not sure I do yet...


If the 'Shopping Mode' is 'Quantity on Product Page' the 'Other Information' prompt will appear against the product, however, if the 'Shopping Mode' is either 'Quantity on Confirmation Page' or 'Quantity in Shopping Cart' the prompt will appear after the customer has clicked the 'add to cart' button.
