Usual 5030 error

I have been contacting Protx throughout this error and it seems all my info is correct in terms of secret key, encryption password etc etc, and I received the 5030 error.

I changed the OCCUpgrade file to the following:

ProviderURL='https://ukvpstest.protx.com/vspgateway/service/'
RemoteProcessScript='vspform-register.vsp'
DBPlugInScriptName='OCCPROTXScriptTemplate.pl'
DBProviderURL='https://ukvpstest.protx.com/vspgateway/service/'
DBRemoteProcessScript='vspform-register.vsp'

and now I am receiving this error: Error executing the on-line credit card plug-in script. Unrecognized character \xA0 at (eval 42) line 65.

Where am I going wrong? I have looked at all the threads on here and they seem to say the same thing which Protx did too and Protx have confirmed the info I have entered is correct. Please help as I am eager to start selling!

Please take look at the following Actinic Knowledge base article on setting up Protx with Actinic http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=45015. Can you confirm if you have done this.

Yes, Have followed the Actinic Knowledge Base Article. Everything is as it should be according to Protx. I am still receiving the following error message:

the message tells you somethign is wrong with the script, i would suggest you copy the protx script from the orginal folder and, then upload you site, check that you get the error about the secret key.

then make the changes to your script with your hash key but make sure your careful in what you change
