corrupt site search in v9

You can tell it nearly christmas things start going wrong

on one of our site www.sweets2yourdoor.co.uk

the site search seams to be corrupt, when you search for say "kite" it bring up products that are hidden

I have tried re-freshing the site, chaning actinic to another pc and re-freshing but still the error is still there

any ideas
