Customer log on

I get a bounce page when customers attempt to log on.

From my search this article may be the solution but it did not work for me.

or changing the Configure Expiry Period work either.

Hi John,

I'm afraid the problem is because your login and checkout use different urls to the rest of the site as you are using split ssl. Your options are to:

1. put the whole site on ssl (not recommended)
2. buy your own ssl certificate so that the urls remain the same
3. turn off ssl altogether (if you use a PSP to take payments, which you should be for PCI-DSS compliancy, then this shouldn't be a problem).

This issue is being looked into for a future release.
