A customer runs Actinic Business MU V9 (three Sites) and has set up several hundred customer accounts. The web site only displays (confidential trade) prices to registered users who log in.
It is thought that some of these account logins are being used to spy on the prices and pass them to competitors. Who would have thought it?
So my question is, can any activity reports be configured to highlight end-users that have logged in but failed to place any orders since their account was set up? If we know these dormant customers, their password can be reset so they can be cut out of the loop. (Other ideas welcome.)
Happy New Year,
Alan W
