ftp upload problem

Actinic Catalog Version 9.0.2
Windows XP (latest service pack)

Deployed Actinic to a new PC (brand new) and I am getting this error:

Problem: Error sending base files - (FTP Timeout) - filename: bb00001.pl



No problem when uploading same snapshot on old computer (same version software)

Has anybody come across a similar problem before?

ps. I have double checked the network settings.

What happens following the error? Do you get the option to retry and eventually it works?

School boy error - it was the firewall.
Really should have thought of that, too much turkey and port has slowed me down.
