New Products Listing Not Updating

Would anyone be able to explain why my New_Products.html page is not being updated when I refresh the whole site.

The Mini New Products on the home page is updated but not the seperate page.

Anyone any ideas please?

What settings do you have selected in the 'Marketing | New Products Listing' window?
