Reciept page not showing

After placing an order via Protx, my v9 upgrade no longer goes to a receipt page but rather to a bounce page and then on to the main shop page.

The upgrade was done via a snapshot and the original v8 site works perfectly. The other thing I.ve noticed is that when a customer account is used and the payment is made via protx then it does go to the receipt page. I need to get this sorted so any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I've never seen this happen before. The only thing I can suggest is to try a purge and refresh (Help | Troubleshooting - tick all boxes). Note that if you have any custom perl files you will have to re-apply those changes (don't forget to check that the 'OCCPROTXScriptTemplate.pl' contains your encryption key).
