I have a pixmania pro csv file, which I need to transfer into actinic, but have not got a clue where to start, If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be a big help.

I'm taking a guess that a pixmania pro csv file is a file containing product info you want to import into actinic...
there is a help file covering importing and a sample csv file in site1, use these 2 bits of info to show you how to manipulate the pixmania file to the correct format.
