    Lost add to cart button

Can anyone help. I seem to have lost my add to cart button on most of my products but a few of them still seem to have them. Can anyone tell me where I have gone wrong. I need all the products to have them!

    cheers in advance

has someone un-ticked the 'can be ordered online' ticky box in the product properties?

No I don't think so. In the individual products the option for "can be ordered online" is greyed out so can't be pressed. I guessing it's something I've B***red up along the way.

is the 'Online Ordering Allowed ' box in business settings ticked?

(though if not I can't explain why you have a few buttons showing....)

This is because it's a product duplicate. Although it's greyed out is there a tick in the box? If not, then you need to go to the originals and tick the box.

              Hello,
yes the online ordering is enabled. The products are originals and not duplicates and the ones that do show them ie the taps and the chrome pipe have an add to cart per product not page.

I just know it will be something daft I've done....just can't quite work out what!

Cheers for your help though guys!

I'd suggest if your 'Can be ordered online' box is greyed out and it's not a duplicate product, then you should be taking your snapshot to Actinic support before the database well and truly gives up the ghost.

                  possibly design wizard

Ive done this lots of times, hope its the same issue as its easy to resolve, run the wizard from "start here" and reselect your button types through the wizard ONLY if you are not using a modified theme.

Looking at the 'Chrome Trap to Floor Pipe' page which doesn't have the add to cart button showing - this is a duplicate because the source of the page shows that the product ref is '3!C726105' (the 3! tells me that this is a duplicate) - so can you check that the original of this product has the 'can be ordered online box ticked.

Is it possible that only a partial upload has taken place?

Would it be worth doing a Web Refresh?
