Fatal Errors

The code was ours.
Andrew was the first implementer/tester of a new addon we have developed for Actinic which makes use of PHP ODBC connections and we fell foul of a (previously reported?) PHP/access issue.
The code was released with odbc_close() method instead of the odbc_close_all() method causing Access to throw a wobbly upon snapshotting.
It was resolved asap and we are grateful to Andrew for his patience and understanding in this.

hi - this may help anybody who is searching on this problem.

I have had the same error message. After investigating I found that I had somehow managed to add the actinic database ActinicCatalog.mdb to my Additional Files - Doh!!

We often get snapshot errors using v9.0.3, Multi User

This happens if I close down a user from the Administrator computer and it leaves the actinic close down screen on in a user computer

It also happens when I have exported to sage via link and not shut down sage afterwords, it stills sees the connection

Close all above properly and snapshot works well
