Pictures not showing online but appear in preview

We've added an extra section to the shop but some of the pictures are missing. All the products have the pictures attached and show fine when I do an offline preview but they don't appear in the online shop. It's not all of the pictures just some of them. I've tried several uploads but it doesn't make any difference. Does anyone have any ideas?
