.ord files

hi folks,

I am quite new to actinic but have done alot of reading, i have a few questions but the main one is, should i be able to see the .ord file server side using file zilla etc? and should it be in the cgi-bin? all my network setting have passed but when i place a live order there is never a .ord however i can download them and get all relevent emails.

If everything works then why are you worrying about seeing them. Order files are in the acatalog directory not the cgi bin

And they have 000 permissions so no-one can see them until the Actinic back-office runs a script that changes the permissions and retrieves them for you.
