Hidden section

Hi all just changed over to V9.0.3 and have some questions

For some reason actinic just closes down? this has not happened while i am using is but when it is minimized, anyone else get this

I have a quite a few items that are used in lots of sections i call them “master items” the image; price and the full description are the same just the short description will change.

My question is can i create a section with all these “master products” in some how hide them on the site but still copy and past as a duplicate and just change the short description ?

Yes, create a new section and use the hide section checkbox on the general tab of the section. The copy paste these products into your sections.

However, due to the buggy nature of the Actinic search and hiding sections (which has not worked constently since v8) it will have some side-effects:
