Upgrade Instructions For Version 8 to 9 Multiuser

Anybody got an in depth instruction manual or guide for upgrading from Version 8 single user to versio 9 multi site/ multi user.? We are also migrating the local Actinic installation, currently on a workstation, to a SBS2003 server.
