Is it possible to change the coupon code value (ie. % off or discount) depending on where the user has specified as their delivery location. Specifically EU and non EU ?

Hi,

I'm afraid that this would require a lot of changes in the perl scripts so I'd have to say that it's not something that we could do for you.
