Erorr

I hope you can help we are new to this and getting a little confused. The error we get when attempting to add to the cart from the site is:

Error: There was a problem with some information in the online shop so we cannot take your order. Please contact the shop owner with this information so that they can rectify the problem. Details: The version number (26) of one of your uploaded data files (Setup blob) is incompatible with the existing script version (25). Solution: Refresh the site.

I have chescked with our host and they say its a software problem but i cant see anything wrong

I did refresh, that didn't help.

Run a network test and check the reported errors.

I have checked the Network test and everything reported as passed. I refreshed the site but the same result i am sure i am missing something but i cant see it.

go to help¦troubleshooting and do a purge and refresh, this will undo any script changes you may have made

OK i did that and now the erorr i get is:

A General Script Error Occurred
Error: Error opening configuration file ../acatalog/prompt.fil. No such file or directoryPress the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner.

Not sure what to do now?

oh and change the script id number, close actinic and do a full refresh if your sure the permissions are correct

It's not working for me.
