We are having major problems with the speed of Actinic V9.03 IMMA when deleting, copying or moving around in the product tree. We have followed all the threads on the subject without any improvement. As an example it took 4 mins to delete one product.
Anyway we noticed that whilst we were waiting the 'egg timer' was not present on the screen, so we clicked anywhere in the content tree screen and hey presto the screen refreshed with the delete completed. Total time for delete 3secs and one mouse click.
From this we would assume that the speed problem is no more than a screen refresh bug.
Can all you guys out in Actinic V9.03 IMMA land suffering with this waiting problem please try our fix and report back via the forum. Maybe Actinic towers would also like to comment.
