Offline order shipping...

Hello,

We upgraded to v9.03 yesterday.

When we enter an offline order there are two options for shipping avaialble. Although the cheapest should be first, it is always the most expensive!

When we manually change the class of shipping the amount charged does not change.

Is this a common fault which we will have to live with, or is there a way of fixing it? I have tried searching the forum to no avail and must appologise if there has been a thread that I have missed.

In shipping settings, right click on the class you want at the bottom of the list and select 'Display at bottom'. That may sort the offline form out for you also. If that doesn't work then it will be a script change, which has been done and detailed before, because I have done it a few times myself. It's in the forum, AUG or KB - 100% guaranteed.
