Orders emailed to me

Hi Guys
I have the orders set up so that everytime an order is placed an email is sent to 3 seperate computers so that wherever I am I can forward these orders direct to our supplier after we take payment. This has worked fine until two weeks ago when one of the email addresses stopped receiving the confirmations and today my mac email account has stopped receiving the confirmations. Nothing else has changed and emails from other sources are being received fine. Any ideas?

1. Are they actually being sent?
2. If so, what could possibly be blocking them?

Hmmm are you saying that all 3 computers download the orders from the same email account? or are you sending to three seperate email accounts

sounds to me like a spam filter or something

This is an age old problem and the reasons have never been fully understood. The bottom line is that you should never rely on the order email copies to run the site.

There are many threads about this and many different ideas.
