    Product Layout & Discount Settings

On my web site, www.braidimage.co.uk the products appear with much unused space between each product in a section. The 'Add to Basket' button, also appears at the foot of the product, with lots of wasted space above the button.

This was not the case previously, until I added a number of discount coupon codes.

Actinic Support can advise me how to move the 'add to basket' button to appear immediately under the price (by cutting and pasting the variable to a new position - I have not published this change yet), but there remains much blank space before the horizontal line across and the next products appears.

Actinic confirm this is related to the discount coupon codes that I have added (there are now 12 different coupon codes). Although these do not appear under the product, thay have used a lot of space under the product.

Actinic are investigating, but I would be pleased to hear of any suggestions.

    Thanks.

I think this is a bug becuase a line break <br/> gets added in for each coupon code you create. As you add more in, the larger the gap becomes. Go into your product layout in the design library, find the part for the discounts and try removing the <br/>.

I dont see a coupon box on the product page so could you not try rmoving the coupon code "bits" as they will only be needed later -?

        Lee's right.

Go to Design / Library / Layouts / Discount Messages / Standard Discount Layout and delete the <br/ > that's in the first line.

Best test it by logging in as one of the discount users.

Try adding a new discount to see if they come back
