Apologies if this has been answered - I perfomed a search but couldn't find what I wanted.

I have a series of links to cloth nappy incentive schemes on my Green Jelly website http://www.jellyonthenet.co.uk/acata...e_Schemes.html which open within my site. I would like to open the new sites in a new window and keep my site on the user's desktop. Could you advise me as to how to do this?

I am using the Content tab and I enter the URL for the link in in the relevant box in Fragment Details Links tab. Where would the target=_blank be added? I have tried it at the end with a space but it doesn't work. Do I need " " anywhere? Or does it not work when entering URLs like this? I am using Actinic v8.

If using the links tab, use (e.g.):

http://news.bbc.co.uk" target="_blank

Those seemingly mismatched quotes will work properly as Actinic puts quotes around the lot.

Happy to help. You might want to amend your Facebook, FreeIndex and other external links to also contain target="_blank" to stop shoppers loing your site when they click said links.

E.g.

<a href="http://www.freeindex.co.uk/categories/arts_and_lifestyle/shopping/baby_products/">

becomes

<a href="http://www.freeindex.co.uk/categories/arts_and_lifestyle/shopping/baby_products/" target="_blank">
