I'm experiencing an odd thing - I have a number of customers using Actinic Shared SSL - when an account is due for annual renewal I get the same letter as many as 10 times, sometimes 3 in the same post. The letter itself doesn't require any action if you wish to renew, but it is just iritating, and so untypical of Actinic's general efficiency and good service.
